The 101st China Import & Export Fair (CANTON FAIR for short) will be opened in Guangzhou, China from April 15th,2007 to April 30th,2007. Welcome to visit the Fair and please contact the Economic & Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Embassy of P. R. China in Ghana for application of the Official Invitation to the fair.
The Exhibition Schedule:
Phase I – April 15th ~ 20th , 2007 09:30 – 18:00
Phase II – April 25th ~ 30th , 2007 09:30 - 18:00
Fair Interval: April 21st ~ 24 th, 2007

Canton Fair Pazhou Complex

How to Attend the Fair:
Invitation & Information:
Please apply for invitation through BEST(Buyer E-Service Tool) on website: www.cantonfair.org.cn , or contact Economic & Commercial Counselor’ s Office of the Embassy of P. R. China in Ghana.

Documents required for application:
1. Original and copy of Business Registration Certificate
2. Original and copy of Form A ( Registration of Business Names)
3. Original and copy of Bank Statements
4. Original and copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
5. Original and copy of applicant’s passport (including visa records)
Procedure to make application of a Paper Invitation:
Step 1. Prepared all the required documents mentioned above
Step 2. Fill out the registration form
Step 3. Hand in the registration form together with the copies of all the required documents
Step 4. Get your application number
Step 5. 1 week after your application accepted, Come back for your invitation with your application number
Step 6. After getting your Invitation, contact the China Embassy in Ghana for Visa application
Attention:
1．Applicants with E-invitations please go to Step 6 mentioned above directly
2．Applicants with the official invitations directly sent from the Fair please go straight to Step 6 mentioned above;
3．For applicants with a blank passport(passport without any visa records), the original and copy of your air ticket to China are required together with the above mentioned documents.
4. One Invitation card can only invite at most 3 persons to the Fair.

Feb. 26 , 2007 --- April 11, 2007
Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning
from 9:00 am to 11:30 am
Visa:
Entry visa to Guangzhou is granted against the official invitation extended by the CECF. Please approach the Embassy of P. R. China with the Invitation to get the visa.
